Bamboo Scraper
This is a traditional bamboo scraper for graters or suribachi (mortar). Its fine bamboo bristles scrape off the grated/ ground ingredients, such as ginger, wasabi, citrus rind, sesame seeds, effectively. It is also often used for sprinkling grated citrus rind (such as yuzu) to add a finishing touch to a dish.
