Kuze Fuku began when Fukumatsu Kuze opened a shop named “Kuze Shoten” in the east end of Tokyo's Ikebukuro area in 1954. Fukumatsu’s shop was among the pioneers in the making and selling of western seasonings such as sauces and ketchup. This family run business evolved into Kuze Fuku in 2013 with a focus on natural ingredients and high quality Japanese goods. Kuze Fuku's headquarters are located on a picturesque hilltop in Nagano, an area of Japan known for its natural beauty and agricultural history. Generations of experience has lead to Kuze Fuku's line of excellent food products becoming global favorites.
Made of Special Blend of Yuzu and Miso
This multi-purpose sauce with its delicious blend of yuzu citrus and miso will add a savory flavor to your salad, or as a delightful ingredient in your favorite recipes. Yuzu is a unique, zesty citrus fruit believed to have originated in Asia. Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans in salt and koji, a common fermenting agent. When combined with yuzu citrus in Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce, the result is a delightful blend of zest, fruitiness, saltiness, and savory flavor. You may use Yuzu Miso Premium Sauce as a salad dressing, as a dipping sauce for shabu shabu, on top of meats, with fish, in BBQ, and in a wide variety of Japanese and Western recipes.
