Usage and Care
<To make a standard sushi roll>
The green side of the makisu is the side which should be facing up, and the tan side should be facing down. Position the makisu with the loose strings facing away from you. Proceed to roll your ingredients gently from the side facing you.
- Hand wash only. Not safe for dishwasher. Please use mild detergents and rinse with water thoroughly.
- Dry completely before storing it.
- Avoid soaking for long periods of time in water.
- Please be careful as bamboo occasionally splinters.
