Hand-crafted Bamboo Tsukune Maker 

This well-designed, easy to use Bamboo Tsukune Maker is traditionally used to create tsukune or chicken meatballs. Simply fill the bamboo scoop with the filling, then use the included bamboo scraper to push out the filling-- naturally creating a ball shape through the force. It not only allows the user to quickly create the meatballs without having to touch the meat itself, but also it creates beautiful presentation at the table. Feel free to create other items of your choice, such as different meatballs or fish balls (tsumire).

Usage and Care

  Use mild soap and soft sponge
