Fuji no Haru means “Springtime at Mt. Fuji”. This special organic tea is selected and produced in the Okabe region of Shizuoka, an area very close to majestic Mount Fuji, famous for its depiction in Hiroshige’s Japanese print collections. The cool and bracing climate of the region’s hillsides and the pristine waters of the Asahina river yield a mellow, full flavor. The vivid green color and rich flavor of “Fuji no Haru” Matcha is ceremonial grade. It is also ideal for baking and cooking.
