Daidai Ponzu
This is a super simple ponzu, made by equal amount of Japanese Daidai Citrus (aromatic citrus, which is a type of orange) Juice and high quality soy sauce. Great with tofu, grilled fish, etc.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh daidai citrus juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Procedure
- In a small bowl, combine both ingredients.
Serving Suggestion: With Tofu and Spinach Hot Pot, Steamed Pork Belly Shabu Shabu, Steamed Halibut, etc.
- The black sesame sauce can be kept refrigerated for up to 1 week.
About the measurements used in our recipes
For rice measurement, traditional Japanese rice measurement is used.
- 1 rice-cup = 3/4 US cup = 180 ml
