We are very excited to announce our first "After Hour Private Donabe Cooking Class" at TOIRO. The theme for this kick-off event is Donabe Smoking. It's going to be November 7 (Tue) and November 10 (Fri). We will feature Donabe Smoker, Ibushi Gin, which can make wonderful smoked dishes with no hassle. You will learn step-by-step donabe smoking plus other Japanese and donabe recipes. All the dishes made in the class will be served and enjoyed communal style. Limited to 10 people each night.
