Based in Hiroshima, Sennari brews vinegar using natural underground spring water and ages it slowly to bring out a mellow acidity and layered umami. This tonkatsu sauce starts with their house-made organic rice and apple vinegars and is blended with organically grown vegetables and fruits, including tomatoes, onions, and carrots. Certified JAS Organic, it contains no artificial flavorings, preservatives, or colorings—just pure, clean ingredients.
