Masterfully crafted Bamboo Bento Box
Originating in Kyoto, this fifth-generation atelier combines traditional shaping techniques with modern design concepts. Bamboo used in Kohchosai Kosuga products is Madake or Mousouchiku variety, which is light-weight and very sturdy.
Not too big and not too small, this perfectly-sized bento, or lunch, box provides the optimal individual portion size for a hearty lunch. The beautiful and gentle bamboo design is incredibly simple and minimal, allowing for your dishes to shine through.
Its compact and lightweight design makes it convenient to store or travel with, and the varnish coating makes it easy to clean. It comes with a removable bamboo divider to separate your dishes and an elastic band, in either red or black, to secure the lid. The bento box is available in either one or two tiers.
