We are thrilled to announce a special event, hosted by New York Times Cooking, to showcase the many uses of donabe in Los Angeles. The event will be lead by Naoko (“Mrs. Donabe”) and New York Times Cooking deputy editor Genevieve Ko. Naoko will demonstrate three home-style Japanese recipes, including donabe dishes, and participants can enjoy the tasting together at the end of the class.
