Holiday Shipping Deadlines/ Holiday Hours & Shipping Schedule

It is the time of the year again, and in order to better serve our customers we are providing dates to help ensure you get your items in a timely fashion. As always, we aim to get your order out the door as quickly as we can but in anticipation of the holiday rush we still encourage our customers to order as soon as possible. For our LA residents, you can come shop at our physical location in West Hollywood, or you are also welcome to order from our website and pick-up at our store location (by selecting a pick-up option at check-out) as a fast and free alternative!

*Delivery dates are based on domestic orders and are subject to freight carrier's delivery times. So, please kindly note that we are unable to guarantee the delivery date (there is always a possibility of unexpected delay caused by a carrier). Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail/ First Class, depending on the size of your order's package(s).

Order Processing Times

We do our very best to process all our orders as quickly as possible but it may take more than 7 days to fulfill your order depending on how concentrated order volume is during the busiest weeks. Thank you so much for your kind patience and cooperation during this busy season!

Expedited Shipping

We can take expedited shipping request for those who wish to get your orders quicker. Before you placing an order, please email us to request expedited shipping charge quotes. Upon doing so, please include the following information: order items, recipient's name, address, and phone number.

Our brick & mortar shop in West Hollywood are closed on the following days during this holiday.

Online shop is open 24/7, but please note there is no shipping (including expedited shipping) 12/23 - 12/25, and 12/30 - 1/1.
