We are excited to announce that The New York Times Cooking section has featured one of our founder Naoko’s own delicious Donabe recipe: Salmon and Daikon in Garlic Butter Miso Sauce! This recipe was also featured at the special event hosted by the NYT called “Cook with us in Los Angeles: Donabe Essentials with Mrs. Donabe” and the recipe can be viewed here on NYT Cooking. This recipe can be cooked with any type of Classic-style All-purpose Donabe and it can be cooked in a variety of Unique-style Donabe as well.
