We are excited to announce our first collaboration event with our friends, Chateau Hanare, a beautiful and authentic Japanese restaurant in West Hollywood.
Naoko (a.k.a. Mrs. Donabe) will team up with Chef Hiroki Abe, the executive chef of Chateau Hanare, to show you how to make five different donabe dishes and give you essential information about donabe cooking on May 25th. You will get to learn about the endless potential of donabe cooking and how donabe can make your cooking experience more fun and efficient. The class will be conducted in demonstration style, and participants are encouraged to interact with the chefs and ask questions during the class. After all the dishes are made, they will be served as lunch so you can enjoy tasting them
