Basic Cooking Instructions
Rinse rice and place in a pot with a tight-fitting lid.
For 1 cup rice, add 1.5 - 2 cups water and a pinch of sea salt.
Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 40–50 minutes until water is absorbed.
Turn off heat and let rest for 5 minutes before fluffing and serving.
