Rich and Versatile Sesame Paste
Kuki was founded in 1886, when Monshichi Kuki started pressing sesame oil in Yokkaichi city, Mie Prefecture with an oil machine he acquired from the British. It was at this time that Kuki’s commitment to sesame oil was born.
For over a hundred years, they have consistently stuck with the same unchanged traditional method as it was at the time of foundation. This process uses no chemicals, and all of their products are Kosher and Halal certified.
Easy to use sesame paste for cooking just by mixing with other condiments. Spread it on toast with honey, add it to soup broth, or combine it with miso to create a new, sesame flavored miso.
It can also be used in sauces, dressings or kneaded into bread doughs. You can even use it as a topping on vanilla ice cream for a sweet/savory flavor combination!
This paste comes in a handy plastic squeeze bag making distribution and measuring a snap.
White Sesame Paste: Carefully selected white sesame seeds are peeled using Kuki’s exclusive method and are turned into a highly aromatic sesame paste after moderate roasting. The flavor is sweet and rich like tree nuts.
100% white sesame seeds.
