Hand-carved 4-Piece Set by Artisan Hands
Four Forks, Each One Its Own
The Fork Brothers, as they are affectionately known, are a set of four hand-carved forks, each slightly different in shape and length, each with its own quiet personality. No two are exactly alike, and that is entirely the point.
Carved entirely by hand from Japanese walnut, the forks are finished with a food-safe urethane coating that brings out the natural warmth and depth of the wood. Each set comes with a matching walnut stand, making it as beautiful displayed on a table as it is in use.
Delicate in appearance, but don't be fooled. Because each fork is carved along the wood's natural grain, they are strong and built to last. Use them for fruit, cheese, or any small bite that deserves a beautiful utensil.
Because every fork is shaped and carved entirely by hand, the length, curve, and grain pattern of each piece will naturally vary. This variation is not a flaw, but rather is the signature of genuine handcraft.
Hand-Carved by DAIROKU, Aomori, Japan
DAIROKU is a small family-run woodworking atelier based in Aomori Prefecture, Japan. Every piece begins with a single block of Japanese walnut and a hand-held knife and each piece they crafted entirely by hand using traditional woodworking techniques. The Fork Brothers are one of their most beloved and signature creations, and a beautiful example of the warmth and playfulness that defines DAIROKU's approach to craft.
