Made by leading Japanese Enamelware Producer, Noda Horo
These classic renge spoons are made from sleek and versatile enamel by Noda Horo, (established 1934) as one of Japan's leading enamelware producers. Noda Horo's "White Series" of products was created with functionality and beauty in mind. Noda Horo's enamelware is trusted for its durability, antibacterial quality, and thoughtful design.
Perfectly Curved Spoons, Available in Two Styles
These renge spoons are fantastic for soup, rice, deserts or even fruit. Each spoon is carefully curved to be comfortable to use and the edges are finished smoothly so you can be sure they will feel very natural to use. These spoons are thinner than your average metal or ceramic spoon and come in two varieties, solid and perforated.
Their enamel finish means they are easy to clean and odor-resistant. Because each enamel glaze is applied by hand, there are slight variations in the finished look among units. Each piece has passed strict quality check process and is made entirely by skilled craftsmen at Noda Horo’s factory.
Classic Style
This is a slightly deeper shaped spoon excellent for broth (such as ramen), curry, rice bowl and more. The size is also great as a serving spoon for a small sharing dish. The spoon has a ridge at the tip of the handle which allows it to rest comfortably on the rim of a bowl.
Perforated Style
This spoon is great for fishing out meat, corn, tofu or other ingredients in hot pot dishes. The spoon has a ridge at the tip of the handle which allows it to rest comfortably on the rim of a bowl.
