How to Brew Benifuki
(Hot Brew)
Use 1 tea bag with 8 oz (240 ml) of hot water at 175°F (80°C). Steep for 60–120 seconds depending on your preferred strength.
(Cold Brew)
Use 2–3 tea bags with 30 oz (900 ml) of cold water. Steep in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 3 hours). Stir gently, strain, and enjoy cold.
