Power of Koji Fermentation: Donabe Cooking Class Report

We had the wonderful time hosting our in-house donabe cooking classes to welcome enthusiastic participants last weekend!

The theme was Power of Koji Fermentation, and Naoko guided the participants to make their own koji condiments, Shio-Koji and Shoyu-Koji to take home. She also cooked donabe mabo tofu don (rice bowl) and koji-themed probiotic appetizers for everybody to enjoy.

It was a wonderful day filled with great energy and smiles.
