Naoko recently appeared on FOX 11’s Good Day LA to talk about her new cookbook, Simply Donabe, and share her passion for donabe cooking and Japanese home cooking.
On the live morning show, she demonstrated one of the favorite recipes from the book, Corn and Shio-Kombu Rice, and introduced how donabe cooking can bring simple, nourishing meals into everyday life.
