We had another super fun and successful miso making workshop, featuring Ai Fujimoto, the founder/ artisan miso maker of Omiso in DTLA last Saturday! Naoko and TOIRO team made donabe onigiri of umeboshi-flavored corn and hijiki rice and miso-themed side dishes for the participants to enjoy after they made the miso. We want to thank all who joined the workshop! The class sold out so fast with a long waiting list, so we promise to host another class soon. Happy Donabe Life!
