Order processing times:
We do our very best to process all our orders as quickly as possible but due to a significant influx of orders at this time it may take up to 7 days to process your order before shipment. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you would like to inquire about expedited shipping for an additional fee.
We offer Free In-Store Pick-Up for all orders and we encourage all individuals local to Los Angeles/Southern California and this is a very quick way to process your orders. When your order is ready for shipment you will receive an automatic notification with the applicable tracking number. We ask for your patience and cooperation during this busy time.
Holiday Season Shipping Deadlines:
At this point, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas since the guaranteed deadline has passed at the beginning of the month. We will continue to do our best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible, and many of our order are being processed ahead of schedule.
Store Hours and Pick-Up Option for Online Order:
Our store in West Hollywood is open from 11 am to 6 pm (closed Mondays). You can also order online in advance and select in-store pickup option for your pickup for convenience.
Our shop will be closed on the following dates:
Christmas Eve: December 24 (Saturday)
Christmas Day: December 25 (Sunday)
New Year's Eve: December 31 (Saturday)
New Year: January 1 (Sunday)
We will reopen January 3 (Tuesday) in 2023
