Plant Sushi Making Workshop featuring Chef Yoko Hasebe last Saturday was a great fun! We welcomed back Chef Yoko to share her talent and skills to create plant based sushi with the participants. At the end of the class, everybody enjoyed the lunch of their freshly prepared sushi along with donabe miso soup made by Naoko.
