COVID-19 Update (May 30, 2020)

Hello everyone.

Our online shop is now in full operation and there is no longer a wide delay in shipout time. Now we can usually ship out orders within 5 days. Yay!

When will the out of stock items to be restocked?
You might notice many items are out of stock and wonder when they are going to be restocked. At this moment, depending on items, there are still delays and some suspensions of shipments from Japan. So, we can't really tell you exactly how soon they are coming. We appreciate your kind patience, and please sign up to be notified when they are restocked from respective product pages.

We continue non-contact pickup for locals until further notice
Although the restrictions are now lifted, we continue our safety measure against COVID-19, so our storefront remains to be closed, and our business hours are still irregular. We currently offer non-contact backdoor pickup by appointment only. For those who would like a pickup, you can order from our website and choose "pickup" option at checkout. We will contact you to arrange an appointment.
