COVID-19 Update (7-9-20)

Hello Everyone,

We are glad to announce that many of our donabe products are now back in stock and available on this website. Meanwhile, as we take the safety of our customers and employees very seriously, our brick-and-mortar shop will be closed until further notice.

<Back-door Non-contact Pickup>

For the local customers, we offer non-contact back-door pickup option at our West Hollywood location. If you would like to pick up your order, simply choose the "Pickup" option at check out when you place an order online. Then, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for pickup.

<Operation Hours>

Our operation hours continue to be shorter and irregular. We are currently not available on the phone. For inquiries, please send us an email to info@toirokitchen.com .

<ETA for Out-of-Stock Items>

We are trying our best to restock as many items as possible. However, under the COVID-19 situation, we have been facing many restrictions with shipment from Japan, especially since we source special products from many different producers. Depending on producers, the situations are all different and some producers are simply unable to ship out right now. For others, they use different shipping methods and it could take more than twice the amount of time for delivery. So, we are unable to offer you the information about when they will be restocked. We appreciate your kind patience, and please sign up on respective product page(s) if you would like to be notified when they are restocked.
