I am doing a special dinner event to celebrate the release of my cookbook: DONABE - Classic and Modern Japanese Clay Pot Cooking at Izakaya Rintaro in San Francisco on February 11! Chef/ Owner, Sylvan, is my good friend, and he and the team will collaborate with us to make donabe dinner courses.
