Iconic Matte Finish Design - Form Meets Function
Originally released more than 30 years ago, Kobo Aizawa's WHITE & BLACK has become their signature flatware series with the iconic smooth matte finish. Made from stainless steel, the flatware is carefully coated and fired with an epoxy resin twice, creating this brilliant finish.
WHITE & BLACK's matte black collection was selected for the permanent design collection under the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York in 1986. This series has earned Kobo Aizawa the international recognition as a company that focuses on both functionality and timeless design.
