Kuze Fuku began when Fukumatsu Kuze opened a shop named “Kuze Shoten” in the east end of Tokyo's Ikebukuro area in 1954.  Fukumatsu’s shop was among the pioneers in the making and selling of western seasonings such as sauces and ketchup. This family run business evolved into Kuze Fuku in 2013 with a focus on natural ingredients and high quality Japanese goods. Kuze Fuku's headquarters are located on a picturesque hilltop in Nagano, an area of Japan known for its natural beauty and agricultural history. Generations of experience has lead to Kuze Fuku's line of excellent food products becoming global favorites.

Premium Japanese Seaweed Soup for Everyday

This authentic seaweed soup is a staple of Japanese cuisine. And it's so easy to prepare. Simply combine about one teaspoon of the mixture with 2/3 cup (160 ml) of hot water for instant and nutritious soup. Harvested and packed in Japan, this mixture combines several different kinds of seaweed, including wakame and green onion for a delicious flavor. Wakame is high in fiber, rich in minerals, and low in calories making it a healthy food. The product package is resealable, keeping it fresh and easy to store. The entire package will yield upwards of 20 bowls of soup.
