JIN Green is Uneno’s all-plant-based version of premium dashi—made only with natural ingredients carefully sourced in Japan, including Rishiri kombu from Hokkaido, dried shiitake mushrooms from Kyushu, and fragrant vegetables like onion and carrot. The ingredients are thoughtfully blended and packed into biodegradable bags, making it easy to prepare authentic dashi in just minutes.
To make dashi, simply simmer one bag in 400–500 ml of water for 5 minutes. The resulting broth is clear, deeply flavorful, and umami-rich—ideal for soups, simmered dishes, or noodle broths. After making dashi, the leftover contents can be repurposed to make your own furikake or other seasonings.
You can also break open a bag and use the contents as a seasoning for dressings, sauces, stir-fries, or rice dishes.
