Donabe Cooking Class – Japanese Home Donabe Cooking
This month, we will feature some of the most popular donabe dishes from our past cooking classes, and they are perfect for the summer season (and you can also enjoy all year round). Naoko (a.k.a. Mrs. Donabe) will demonstrate the dishes and share some fun and useful tips. You can enjoy all the dishes family-style with the other guests at the table. Please read the details below before signing up.
Limited to 10 people each date. Event duration is approximately 2 hours.

August 25 (Sun) | Starts at 5:30 pm
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the starting time.

- Steamed Market Vegetables with Sesame Tofu Creamy Dipping Sauce
- Steamed Shrimp & Rapini with Ginger Yuzu-Kosho Sauce
- Chicken Sukiyaki with Tomato
- "Shime" Udon
- Corn & Hijiki Rice
The menu is subject to change. The ingredients may include meat, seafood (including shell fish), nuts, and dairy. Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accommodate any substitute request for ingredients. We appreciate your kind understanding.
We are unable to offer refund or credit for cancellation with no exception. We are unable to allow you to switch to another date, either. So, please sign up with the class only if you can commit and and you are okay with our above policy, should you find you are unable to attend after you sign up. You can transfer your reservation to another person, and in this case, please notify us the person’s name and contact information up to one day prior to the event date.

As a condition to participate in the event, each participant is required to sign a Liability Release Form prior to the event’s start.
