Ceramic Red Pepper Mills by Kawasaki Plastics

Kawasaki Plastics is one of the leading kitchen tool manufacturers from Tsubame, Niigata, and they focus on everyday tools which can last for a long time. Unlike metal mills, ceramic mills won’t add any unwanted flavors to your chilis.

Easily add some extra kick to your dishes with your personalized freshly ground dried chilies in three easy steps. Simply place the peppers in between the compartment in the glass container, making sure the peppers are no wider than 8mm (or you can cut them smaller beforehand). Place the cap on. Then twist the glass container clockwise to grind the peppers. It's the perfect seasoning for hot pot, ramen, pizza, salad, or even dipping sauces! You would be surprised how special freshly ground chilies taste compared to the pre-ground kind.

This particular mill from Kawasaki Plastics is inventive and unique-- this red pepper mill is a first of its kind. It takes red peppers that you prefer and grinds them finely, meaning that you can mix and match different chilies and create your own special blend. If you prefer, you can also vary the amount of seeds in your chili mix to control your desired spice level.

Ceramic Red Pepper Mills are compact and pretty. These cute mills are handy in the kitchen and make a stylish accent to your dining table. The ceramic blade ensures you will enjoy your mill for a long time.
