Hakubaku is a leading producer and distributer of grains, making up approximately seventy percent of the barley and mixed grain distribution in the Japanese market.

Mochi Mugi contains four times the amount of fiber found in brown rice, which is about twenty-five times that of white rice. In addition, Mochi Mugi contains both insoluble and soluble fibers; insoluble fibers do not dissolve in water, whereas soluble fibers do. Together, both types of fibers are said to work to reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and help improve your overall health. This product is individually packaged (containing 12 packets) and it doesn’t have to be pre-washed before use. So, you can just open a packet and add water to cook.
