Rich Ramen Made without Any Animal-Derived Ingredients
This ramen is made using without any animal-derived ingredients, including pork bones, chicken bones, or seafood, and also eschews alcohol, chemical seasonings, synthetic colors, flavors, and preservatives to achieve the rich flavors from natural ingredients. The thick, premium soup is carefully cooked with vegetables and spices, and the texture of the hand selected noodles make it stand out as a new global ramen.
Because the noodles don't need to be cooked separately, Samurai Ramen Red noodles are great to be cooked in a small individual size donabe. All you need to is just boil the water (in a donabe, if you have), cook the ramen in it, and add the soup base directly into the pot. Your delicious ramen meal is ready in just a short time!
Being a vegan ramen, this Samurai Ramen "Red" is also proud of omitting garlic and onion, which is avoided by Buddhist monks and other people who practice eating Shojin Japanese vegetarian cuisine.
Funfair, the producer of this ramen has their mission to create dishes to bring delicious Japanese cuisine to everyone all over the world.
