Udon Noodles Made with Rich Water of Minami-Alps in Yamanashi Prefecture
Kiwameori Udon Noodles
Founded in 1941, Hakubaku aspires to be the preeminent “Kokumotsu” (Grain) Company. This embodies their ideal for delivering healthy, nutrient-rich grains to their customers worldwide. Deeply involved with the 5 grains: Barley, Rice, Millet, Wheat, and Soba (Buckwheat) Hakubaku continues to push the boundaries of the staple foods frontier.
Crafted in the Kaida Highlands using subsoil water, one of the best water for noodle productions in Japan, and the wheat grown with mineral rich water in the city of Minami-Alps in Yamanashi Prefecture, Hakubaku's udon noodles capture the right amount of soup to create a perfect harmony of taste and texture. They are made into wavy noodles of varying shapes and thickness, resembling hand-made udon noodles to create an authentic, chewy, full-bodied texture harmony.
