Yukihira Pot with lid - Essential One-Handle Pot for Boiling, Simmering, Sautéing, etc.

Yukihira is a traditional and versatile Japanese cooking pot that has been used for centuries in Japanese cuisine. It's typically one-handled with a flat bottom and used for quick preparation of ingredients (boiling, simmering, sautéing) or can be used for slow cooking. This Yukihira pot by ambai is made in Tsubame, Niigata (a region known for high-quality stainless steel products) and is constructed of three layers of material: a layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for extra durability and fast and even distribution of heat. This product is also compatible with induction cooktop. You can use this handy Yukihira Pot to create a dashi or blanching of vegetables for Donabe dishes which makes a perfect lineup for kitchen tools.

Detailed Designs for Seamless Use

This Yukihira pot is uniquely double-spouted and intricately-shaped so you can pour liquid from both sides with ease. The pot also comes with a light-weight moveable lid which allows the user to control the amount of steam and heat released. The handle is covered with natural teak wood which can not only keep the handle from getting too hot but also makes a nice feel and look of it. There are three measurement lines (in ml) inside for easy reference.
